12 Week Body Plan - Week 2 - Day 6

Nick Mitchell's 12 Week Body Plan 



Notes: Wore a brace & didn't increase the weight today due to yesterday's injury.

So, I'm trying to use MapMyFitness to keep track of my nutrition, record my runs and record my workouts. From this post on I'm going to attempt to include my daily nutrition statistics with each 12 Week Body Plan post. Then after my 12 weeks if I'm not seeing the results I want I have something to show a nutritionist and maybe I can get on a better diet then the one I've put myself on.
