For those of you reading this who've never used MapMyFitness, the percentages are based of the total recommended values based off my current age, height and weight. These will differ slightly from person to person. Even though MapMyFitness has given me these recommended values, I've still set my own goals of trying to maintain a high protein and high fiber diet while keeping my fat and sodium intake as low as possible. I've been trying to only take in good fats from omega-3 supplements, fish and the like.
