So, I'm back to running and trying to eat right again and have decided to share my breakfast concoction with you!

How To:

1/3 Cup - Egg Beaters All Natural 1005 Egg Whites (1/3 cup = Whites of 2 large eggs) 50 Cal, 150mg Sodium, 120mg Potassium, 2g Carbs, 10g Protein

2 Slices - Yellow American Cheese Calories 110.0, Total Fat 9.0 g, Saturated Fat 6.0 g, Monounsaturated Fat 2.5 g, Cholesterol 25.0 mg, Sodium 350.0 mg, Protein 6.0 g, Vitamin A 2%, Calcium 15%

1 Bagel - Bagel Thins - 100% Whole Wheat 110 Cal, 1g Fat, 190mg Sodium, 24g Carbs, 5g Fiber, 3g Sugar, 6g Protien, 4% Calcium, 6% Iron
