12 Week Body Plan

I've decided to really bust my butt and get in great shape. I have two 5k's coming up and two Mud Runs. So, I picked up a copy of Nick Mitchell's "12 Week Body Plan". It wasn't easy to get a hold of. I've read through most of it and plan to track my progress via my blog in hopes that I will stick with it. If all goes well I'm hoping for a very visible six-pack, ha ha.
